CANDIALLE

Candialle, owned by Josephin and Jarkko Peranen is located in the southern part of the famous Conca d’Oro. The winery has 12,5 ha of vineyards from which 9 ha are planted to Sangiovese. Candialle has a great variety of local clones and does its own massal selection from its older Sangiovese vines. The vineyards are planted in high density reaching from 7.600 to 11.111 plants per ha. The vines are pruned to bush vine – alberello. The winery works organically since 2002.
