Azienda Agricola Vallone di Cecione

The Vallone di Cecione farm consists of about 4 hectares of vineyards and a few hundred olive trees, overlooking the smallest part of the Conca d’Oro di Panzano in the locality called Cecione.
The company became the property of the Anichini family in 1985 after Anna and Giuliano decided to leave sharecropping by buying the farm they loved and love so much. Since 2001 his son Francesco has been in charge of the management and in 2004 he produced the first bottled Chianti Classico which kicked off another fundamental step for the family. From here, in addition to the Classico, various IGTs are born such as the Rosato (dedicated to Allegra, Francesco’s daughter), the Canaiolo in purity, the Malvasia Nera in purity and a selection of the best Sangiovese (“Campo dell’Orzo”), recently bottled as Chianti Classico Gran Selezione.
The company has been organic since 2014 and follows a line based on respect extreme of the territory with agricultural techniques that seek to safeguard the composition of the soils and the environment is at its best. The most difficult choices over the years have paid off.
